Windows 10 and Android Achievements

As you know guys, Windows 10 will be a multiplataform OS for all devices.

Will GS team introduce behaviors to configure Xbox achievements?
(I'm talking about "Xbox for Windows" platform, not the game console).

This option would be the awesome.
And achievements for Android would be really interesting too.
