drag and drop for ipad

Hi all. Im totaly new to this and just need some help. im on a pc and trying to figur out how to make an drag and drop funktion. Please help .

Make a rule that says "if touch is pressed" :do: "move to mouse.position.x" "move to mouse.position.y"

I´d make it like this:
-When touch is pressed
-Constrain self.position X to game.mouse position X
-Constrain self.position Y to game.mouse.position Y
