Third Party Ads not working. (you cannot configure this service.)

Okay so only about a week ago I set up rev mob ads in one of the apps I have on the app store. Today I tried to set up ads into a new project I'm working on. However when I click on the service tabs I get an error mesage "you cannot configure this service." I have never gotten this before. Whats going on?

Also I am unable to click the iAd, Interstitial Ads or startup Ads check boxes in the platform settings.

Is this something I did? is this a gamesalad issue?
