actor won't go smaller than 25 x 25?

Hi all,

I have a game being made in 720p HD, and in order to get a large background, I'm trying to make my actors very small (and zooming camera in) so that they have a lot of room within the scene to walk around the world. However, with my actor set at size 5 x 5, it still shows up on the stage (and in the published game) as 25 x 25. why won't it shrink smaller, even though it is saying in the actor's properties that it is correctly 5 x 5? Is this something that happens in 720p HD projects?

The alternative is making the background bigger to fit a 25 x 25 character, but that will cause the background image to become blurry, and make for less room on the stage.

Cheers
Alinta

Does this show up as 5x5 when you Preview it?

The whole less room / more room thing seems strange to me, you should simply make your scene bigger, there is no advantage in shrinking your game elements and then zooming in on them.

With your 5 x 5 actors showing up as 25 x 25, how are you able to tell they are 25 x 25 pixels ?

That's what I was wondering, too.
