IAP returned after binary being rejected

in Working with GS (Mac)

Sorry that my question is unrelated with gamesalad.
Apple rejected my app today due to Restore IAP not working on iPad.
So i run it on my iPad for ad-hoc testing.
I pressed on the buy iap button in my game several times but the game just hangs there.
So i checked the iap in itunes connect and i saw this

I have totally no idea what should i do with the language.
