Question about Pro Subscription

Hey, I was looking at the side by side comparison between free and pro versions here...http://gamesalad.com/creator/pro
And I was wondering...
In the Priority Technical Support section, It says "Got a technical question about your game project? Pro members get priority technical support ...." What does this mean ? Would a pro user be able to use the email support to ask a question about why his logic is not working out, or how to add something to his logic to make something happen . I guess what I'm asking is how is the word technical used in this context?
