Pressrelease question

Anybody here that have used some kind of pressrelease exept prmac.
Are there some kind of mailinglist everybody can use?
How/where to post some pr to youtube, any good lists or so there?

Whenever I need a press release sent out, I will find someone on Fiverr who sends them out. They usually have subscriptions to the big services so it gets more exposure.
