We both think it, I'll design it, you make it and we share the proceeds 40/60.
40 for me 60 for you.

We used to not allow these kinds of threads because they sounded like such a bad deal (you come up with the idea, I do all the work, and then I give you 40% of the profits) but those rules have changed and we now have a "Help Wanted" area for collaborations. I've moved this there for you.

Thanks for that, obviously doesn't have to be 40%, the fact is right now my without a computer and I can't use game salad until I get a new one... so all I can do is offer my services. the game may not even make any money which means I do a bunch of graphics work for free.

    No one loses here.

Time is valuable. But providing the graphics has value too.

Everything has value. As someone without alot of artistic ability, I appreciate it

As far as going in on a game, what do you have in mind?

I've been in illustration and animation for a long time so quality graphics. As for games I have a few ideas down on paper. We'll see what comes of it.

To be fair, graphic design is a huge value to offer. When you mentioned 'design' I thought you were referring to level design or more abstract skills.

A few things you should probably mention is your age and if you are in the USA. Both can determine wether or not anyone is willing to even attempt to contact you, for obvious legal reasons. When dealing with money, if its not on paper and legally bound, then you are just setting yourself up.

@JimmyMesser - What's your preferred category of art? Vector? Pixel?

  • JimmyMesserJimmyMesser LondonMember Posts: 235

I can do both. I can also paint so I'm quite flexible
