Today is day 8 waiting for apple to review our game. Must be a lot of apps being submitted. :/

  • BalvamarBalvamar Member, PRO Posts: 117

Yesterday our game changed to "In Review". It took 9 days, will see how long it takes to be ready :/

  • BalvamarBalvamar Member, PRO Posts: 117

Our game got rejected, as we did not have an official privacy policy on the website, and in our metadata. We have fixed that, and submitted it again.

We are back to "In Review" :/

  • BalvamarBalvamar Member, PRO Posts: 117

Once again we have been rejected for the same reason :/ Last submission I included a privacy link on our webpage, and included it in the meta data for the app, however I have now had to include the link in the app itself. I can only assume this is now correct as apple gave me no further details, just the same resolution explanation. If anyone has had similar issues and can let me know if it should be approved now I would much appreciate it. Another week or so waiting for review :/

And again we have been rejected :( We have now changed our privacy policy so it is embedded in our app, and our webpage. No external links. Hopefully Apple will be happy with this. :|

    Rough life

Just don't even a privacy policy I never have and never will

We want to be in the kids category, which now requires not only a privacy policy, but a parental gate! If you link outside the app. Is it possible to embed the privacy policy in the app so it doesn't have to access the web. The rest of the app is fully self contained. Very frustrating process :(

@Balvamar are you going to release the game on google play ?

  • BalvamarBalvamar Member, PRO Posts: 117

I would like to release it everywhere possible ;) Why do you ask? :)

  • IceboxIcebox Member Posts: 1,485

  • BalvamarBalvamar Member, PRO Posts: 117

I haven't looked at what I have to do for google play yet, but I will. I have found that some browser don't work with the arcade. Maybe try a different browser and you will get it to work :) It's nice to hear someone wants to play our game :) Thanks

After being rejected 3 times we are still waiting for our game to be reviewed. It is a very long process to get our app on the store. Google play took about 2 hours. Come on apple, lift your game!

I am starting to feel very undervalued as a developer with Apple. This waiting to be reviewed is driving me crazy. I have had a very frustrating weekend with GS and Apple, and to top it off it was my birthday. :(

We are in review for the 4 th time now. Fingers crossed

Unbelievable! We have been rejected for a 5th time! Over privacy policy again!
