using a menu scroller with a control camera function

so im developing a game where you can scroll down to view more guns... i have a control camera function on a side bar that has a collide effect with two actors making the scroll stop... theres a reason why i did this... its because the scene is large and each of the gun actors are its seperate actor...

i can scroll down of course but this is not the best method because when i swipe down with my finger the camera actually goes down (go figure right lol) but i want it to scroll up as if it would on your device when youre sending a text message... i have seen this in forums but im not finding anything with a method of using the control camera function!
