Don't think it was mentioned in the release notes, but just noticed that in 0.88 you can now reorder the imported images - thanks GS team, a welcomed addition.

Also the handles for moving, resizing, rotating an actor is awsome....loads better now with such a small area to work in.

So are you guys not experiencing the timer issues and such that I have heard about with .88?

I've been reluctant to upgrade, but from the sounds of it a lot of the issues were just initial complaints?

I have timers in my current app in development using 0.88 and have not noticed any timer issues myself, but I have noticed a bug where the loading wheel disappears too early when loading.

IMO there are always going to be issues, 0.87 was by no means stable or bug free, so its a trade off if you upgrade now or later.

I've seen no timer issues in my new game. But I haven't really looked back at older ones

I've found some timer issues - mostly just on my start screen with the titles/options graphics not interpolating into position like they used to :(

there is a noticeable glitch when scenes load and timers that happen right away seem to have been triggered before the scene actually loads. So I have a 3... 2... 1... sort of thing that used to work fine but now the 3 sort of stutters and the quickly jumps to 1.

Yeah, I have some jitters and scene loading issues.

I have some rotating actors that jitter when a new scene is loading. Then when the new scene loads in, it skips past some timers that i have set up right when the scene loads.

Now my once perfect, almost finished app is completely unusable until this is fixed. Why should I have to re-program and fix what was once working. I was so close to uploading to the app store.

And why dump the ability to publish using older versions? If you have the ability to allow a two week grace period, why not longer? Why force an upgrade at all?
