What ad service do you recommend?

I understand this question has been asked multiple times in the past, and I have done much research on the topic and found that different services used to be good and now not so much and eCPM are dropping and raising. So I am hoping to get some up to date information.
I would like to know what service you use, and if you don't mind, sharing you average eCPM, CPC, and/or CPIs.
