I have an achievements screen that I've designed, and it shows up just fine in creator and in the Gamesalad simulator, but when I put it on my iPad, some of the graphics are missing.

What am I doing wrong??

Hmmm, I've never seen this issue. Maybe file a ticket with gamesalad support?

If you remove ALL of the rules from the missing graphics do they appear on the iPad? What about if you create a new blank scene and add those same graphics to it. Do they then appear? Not that it should matter since they are displaying correctly in Creator but if you open the image files in the Preview application (Tools-->Adjust Size...-->Resolution), is the dpi exactly 72?

Thank you SO MUCH for all of the ideas. Unfortunately, putting the missing graphics on a new blank scene did not help. Removing all of the rules didn't either. Checking in Preview, my images were NOT 72 dpi (they were 300) -- thanks for catching that! So I changed it, and added the images again to GameSalad. I got a prompt saying that the images were too large for GameSalad and that it would resize it for me, which I allowed. But still they show up fine in the simulator but NOT when I export the app and install it on iPad. But I appreciate your time and ideas. Thank you!

Sorry that didn't fix it but it is important to import graphics at 72 dpi so at least you have that now.

But you did identify the main issue. My pictures were too big. I resized them in Photoshop AND changed the DPI to 72, and then they appeared. Thanks so much again!
