Loading indicator for IAP?

When the player is trying to purchase the remove ads iap from my game , there is no indication that says it is loading or what and it also takes a few seconds before the confirmation message shows . So i wonder is there anyway to make a message or an actor pops up that says "loading" when purchasing instead of nothing shows before the confirmation message?
