Problem with Xcode and the distribution. Help!!!

Hello,
I have a problem when creating everything you need to distribute the game. I tell you:
The game works fine with the iTouch, but Xcode does not work because it says there is an error. I do not understand why? The error is: [BEROR] error: There is no SDK with the name or path 'iphoneos3.0'
I have the GS v8 and view the version 6. Is something wrong?
The truth is that not to do since in the interim site tell me that I have to go to the sharing tab and follow steps do not understand.
It also tells me I have to create a certificate already created for the distribution tab, I understand nothing.
Someone can help me?
