How to make actor always be moving towards the touch?

I want to make a actor always be moving towards touch but I don't want to use a constrain attribute. When I make the actor move to the touch position, after it reaches it stops and doesn't move.

@bjandthekatz I already did that but when the actor reaches touch position it stops and if I move my finger while touching the screen it doesn't fallow.
