Horrendous Loading Times

So I was just about to publish my game to gamesalad arcade. To make sure it was stable on the web I made the game private and played it. It took about 30 seconds for the title screen to load, which is incredible considering it's just the title screen and there aren't many things in it. And then I tried to play the actual game.
It's been 15 minutes and it's still loading. I don't know if it's taking so long because it just got put on the web, or if it's a problem with the game itself, or is it something unfixable that will happen no matter what?
I would really appreciate it if someone told me a solution or at least a suggestion to try and speed up the loading time.

Hard to give you a solution because we don't know anything about the game. One thing is certain, though, it shouldn't take nearly that long.
