in iPhone and Android Publishing

when I try to publish my first app with Windows nothing happens

    Unfortunately, you can currently only sign iOS apps via the Mac Creator. If I understand the issue correctly, you can use http://www.macincloud.com/ as a workaround.

    I understand the problem and thanks for the reply but I prefer not to pay € 20 a month but the Install OS X nonconformists window on the second partition of my hdd
