Pivot on Rotation and swinging rotation.

Hello Everyone,
I get stuck with the rotation can somebody help me out:

1. How do I move the pivot from center of the actor to another position? I would like it pivot on the topleft.
2. Also I want to rotate the actor like it is swinging? Apparently rotate only rotates in one direction, Rotate to Angle only do clockwise. I don't see a solution.
