How to make game like Coconut Curumba

i try to make simple game like Coconut Curumba or Find The Rock for my new project, but cant find any tutorial abut game like this.

anyone can link me to some useful thread about making game similar like this?
how to use interpolation to make the coconut move randomly ? or should i use animation?
i am really new to gamesalad and running out of time.
