Can gamesalad be ran on an emulated version of OS X in windows?

Recently after I downloaded the newest update for the gamesalad windows creator I noticed that the previewers do not work for me anymore. Before the update, at least the web previewer worked, but now not even that works. And this is on top of many things that do not work in the windows version, including essential things like the debugger. I have just come to realize that developing a game in the windows creator is impossible as it obviously does not get the same attention and care as the mac version, but with not enough money to buy a mac and a whole year invested in my game, I was wondering, is it possible to run the gamesalad mac version on an emulated version of OS X in windows or in a dual-booted version of OS X in a PC?

To receive any type of support (Apple or GS), I'd use a supported configuration. Once you start adding emulation just to create your game....it's not a pretty road ahead.

Depending on your PC it could range from near impossible to a walk in the park. If you have the time to setup a VM in Windows or dual boot then give it a go. Gamesalad itself is pretty light on system requirements running on a Mac but you could certainly load things down with a complex project. If you can't afford a Mac it seems you have little to loose and you might well learn plenty of interesting things along the way. As RP said it may not be pretty and obviously support will always reply "unsupported configuration" but resources for running OS X on non Apple hardware continue to proliferate :)

ps. you wouldn't be running an "emulated" version of OS X

I know of many people who have done it

all of them gave up after a few months and bought a mac due to strange behavior.
