Looking for a developer

I'm currently in the process of looking for a developer to work on a few projects but only one to start. The graphics, animation, and business/marketing related aspect will be covered on my end, just need someone to help develop. Projects will not be extravagantly detailed and should not be overly time consuming, more information on the type of projects will be provided. Pay will be based on the performance of each project. Thanks for the mention @CodeMonster but I have been in talks with @HailCaes3r in the past and this is not paid work but rewarded work based on if the game makes money or not and I am unable to accept such work.
