Yes, definitely possible. It would take some fiddling to make it quite as good as that, but you can get a similar effect very easily.

I'll throw together a quick tutorial.

Here's a quick approximation of it. Some fine-tuning definitely needed.

Tracking the camera is possible but more effort than I had time for right now.
