Overscan problem

Well what I do is , I make my games on PC then port it over to my MAC. I do this because I'm more use to PC version of gamesalad & it's much quicker for me to make my game. On my last game I used Overscan (because I didn't want my game to looked stretched out) but for my game now I'm trying to do the same thing but it's impossible .. I've been at this for 2 - 3 non stop trying to get my game oriented for iphone 4s & up & nothing is working. I tried using the same scene.camera.size.wdith & scene.camera.origin.X as my past game but that isn't working at all. Since that didn't work I tried using different numbers & its like whatever I try makes the game look worse. Are there any over types of way to get this done or any tips you can give me please!
