How I can make a magnifying effect?

I would like where if you pass a magnifier in front of you and you're not in focus, the background through the lens is blurry or slightly bigger.

Gamesalad doesn't offer dynamic image effects so you can't blurr and un-blurr images on the fly. You can change the size of actors as needed so you might be able to create a sort of magnify effect.

As your magnifier moves around you could trigger the actors it touches to increase in size using Interpolelate Behavoirs and then shrink again when not touched any longer.
