Twitter isn't posting picture

I've read and tried everything that was suggested in regards to this matter and somehow it don't work, any solution to this?

the same you type in the box

Do you use the expression editor?
type it directly in the box....named twitter_postpicture

and postpicture would be the filename of the pic?
