Mac desktop monetize

Hi, not sure if this has been asked before, but would like to know if there is a way to monetize on Mac desktop? As Apple has just released Mac development to all? Thanks.

    I dont know if Mac has IAP or iAD for mac desktop stuff. I dont see why they wouldnt.
