Wrong app got published?

I had a strange anomaly that I find hard to believe was a mistake I made, but I guess it could very well have been.

I submitted 2 different apps to the itunes app store within a day or two of each other. The app I submitted first never made it through approval process due to a rejection requiring I have a privacy policy (children's app).

I then did some work and put a privacy policy together before the 2nd app went into review.

The second app went into review and was also reject because apple had some questions about my privacy policy... Through the resolution center on the apple developer site I was able to answer those questions and they pushed my app into review and approved it all within a few hours.

Once the app hit the store I happily downloaded it and come to find out the actual game itself was for the first app I submitted... the Icon, screen shots, and detail about the app in the app store were all for the second app, but once you opened the app itself it was the first game that I uploaded.

The only reason behind this is the obvious, when I published my game, I must have accidentally took the files from the first app I published and used them for the second app as well. I find that a hard mistake to believe I made because it seems like such a huge one and an obvious one not to be able to make.

I'm wondering if anyone has ever had a similar issue?
