Rules window disapeared after update

Just installed updates for GameSalad, and now when I open it I do not have the panel at the bottom for the rules. Even if I click on or add an actor select it, there is no window. Cannot find it in the menu options, how do I get it back?

Click the "Toggle Backstage" button just to the right of the green preview button.
