GS 0.89 Problems!

Hello, Im having problems With New Update! Can Test my Apps with Viewer! I Already downloades the New Viewer.

Any Clue whats the problem?

Having problems publishing.

Publishing to My iPad with Viewer to Test Apps.
It Keeps Stucked on Connecting to Device.

I had 0.8.8 prior to 0.8.9 and everything went completely smooth for me.

Basically all I did was download the new GS app, install it like usual (didn't bother removing the old first, just clicked 'Replace' when the option came up).

Then, when it came to building the viewer, I first deleted the previous one from my device (using the wiggle screen on my iPhone 3G). Then, I opened the project file, changed the Info.plist file and replaced the com.gendai...etc. with mine. Went into the Project settings, selected my Developer Provision, and changed the 'Build for OS' to iPhone 3.1.2, built/ran and everything went fine!

Hope that helps... at least for any 3G users, I noticed selecting 3.1.2 (even if you're using 3.1.3 like I am) is ESSENTIAL. I kept getting 'not enough frames in image' error.

Reinstalled GS, Delete and Reinstalled App Viewer, Still not Working! It keeps in connecting to Device!

I can't even build the viewer. I get the error "framework not found iAd".

Set to device 3.1.3 | Release.

mines working ok too, I'm transferring a game over to it as I type this.

the first time I loaded it up, it didn't connect right away, so I closed down the viewer and reopened it and GameSalad found the game.

a3MG, which version of xCode do you have installed? The latest with 4.0.1?

No, i do not have the latest xcode. Is that my problem? On the apple developer site the downloads are for Snow Leopard and I am just on Leopard.

you'll want to upgrade to A3MG, I think the newest viewer has iAds extensions inside, probably to test iAd features, so you'll need it.

I think you can buy Snow Leopard from Amazon for $25 or so. Check out MacMall, they both have it cheaper than the $29 direct from apple.

It sucks that I need iAds extensions as a NON PRO developer. I was good a week ago publishing 0.8.7 ad hoc builds and now I have to download a 2.28GB xcode zip file and purchase Snow Leopard.

Thank goodness I don't even bother with the GS Viewer. Never saw the reason to.

Can't help with the viewer, but the publishing server has been fixed. A step was missed in the update script. Sorry about that.

Touch 1 2 etc for 2 player air hockey (if you touch bat 1 bat 2 wont move and visa versa) and accelerometer not working
