I just did this like 5 days ago so i know how I can help.
Click on Publish from GS Creator.
Then when it takes you to GS website click on Publish as New or Update an Existing just like if you were publishing to arcade
click on Android, upload an icon image, give it a name and save it.
fill out all the details,
Click Generate APK, and wait for it to notify you when you have the unsigned APK file.
Remember where you saved the APK file to on your computer so that you can browse to it later to sign it.
Once you have the signed apk file you can upload to Google Play,
or if you don't have google play developer account you can upload to a server like dropbox or mediafire on the internet, and from your phone you can direction go to to that signed apk file and download and install on your phone.

The installing android SDK takes the longest. other than that everything else is pretty straight forward.
