Admob Banner Ads dont work

Strange as Admob is Google so why doesn't it work on Android.??

Is there anything in GooglePlay you have to check??

Anything to do with advertise app through other platforms or providers... can't remember exact thing you have to check. Perhaps this it or something similar...?

I'm not seeing Admob banner ads on Android either.
I'm testing on a Nexus 7, Android version 5.1.1.

all of you having problems with admob banners on android, do interstitial ads work on android?

I'm using interstitial ads on iOS in a few app and they seem to be working. I'm implementing Admob banner ads in an app this afternoon and will be testing using a Moto G / FirePhone / Kindle Fire HD, so I'll report back

i keep using chartboost for interstitials and plan to use admob banners for android versions of games

Can we use two different networks on a app?

where you select the services on gamesalad before generate apk , it said: "When multiple ad networks are enabled, apps will choose one of the ad networks at the beginning of the session and use it throughout. "

maybe thats why the banners not shown.

You can use two ad networks, but you can´t use AdMob banners and AdMob interstitials at the same time.

hm i think that should only apply if you use the same type of ad but if this really sucks
since you also can't have interstitial ad and banner of admob at the same time right now

i mean i also have iAD banners and Charboost on iOS running no problem there

i update one of my apps on android and put the admob banner, i didnt select the interstitial or any other ad service and i just check the game on my phone and the same result, the banner are not showing.

yea submit a ticket, i installed my app on a motoG and a Kindle Fire Phone, and didn't see banner ads on either one.

I'm updating them to the latest OS right now to see if that helps.

I made to AdMob iOS test builds (tested via testflight)

Interstitial Ads -> Working
Banner Ads -> NOT Working

(only interested in android)

@BigDave Updated two of my Googleplay app last night to start using Revmob banner ads instead of interstitial ads. Checked this morning and no ads are showing.

I would say not to vote on this bug, the team will fix this regardless if it has votes or not. Its something they just added and is broken, so voting on it is wasting votes. Please use your votes for the feature requests.

Yea i know what you mean, but we can just keep tagging them and such. Having to vote on a bug of a feature they just implemented seems like nonsense to me. Perhaps use those votes to get Google Play leaderboards and such.
