Need help with ads in game please

Hi,

Could someone point me in the right direction about what I need to do and how to use ads in your game? Any tutorials or help would be appreciated.

I have been searching but so many different things about it, I get confused.
I was reading a comment from @BigDave and seems like Chartboost is the way to go.
