Working with multiple ad companies.

If I choose to use ChartBoost and AdMob within my game, how do I decipher between the two?
What I mean is, I would like ChartBoost to be enabled within some scenes of my game and AdMob within other scenes. Is this possible? Or does the "Enable Advertisement" radio button just enable both ad companies and mix them together?
PS: Does anyone monetize using PlayHaven?

AFAIK you can pick 1 banner provider and 1 interstitial provider. If you picked two banner providers it doesn't work, it still only shows ads from 1, although I'm not sure how it works.

It will select only one ad provider at startup to run through the duration of the game. When the app is closed and opened again it will again choose only one to go with. The enable advertisement will just show the ad for whatever provider it chose to go with at the beginning.

@jonmulcahy @Lovejoy Thanks for the feedback guys! Even though it is a bit disappointing
@jonmulcahy what would be the best way to monetize on ads then? As far as I know AdMob has a very high fill %, while iAds pays better, but shows/fills less, than AdMob.
@gfb08174 What I'm looking to do is use ChartBoost for interstitial ads in-between scenes. Then I may place AdMob banner ads throughout my game (if it is not too intrusive). As @jonmulcahy mentioned, I think 1 company for banner ads and 1 company for interstitial ads should work with GameSalad.
(I may also set video interstitial ads using ChartBoost)
On top of ads, I'll offer in app purchases for users to purchase more characters, items and remove ads for $1.99.
That's my plan for monetizing my app. Any suggestions?
PS: I haven't heard a lot of great things about iAds, which is why I'm using AdMob for banner ads...From what I've heard, you'll receive a better percent with AdMob over iAds.
