I personally sell my templates through these 3 third party websites:
www.deepbluemarket.com (you receive 80% of the sales).
www.gshelper.com (you receive 70% of the sales and is now the offical GS Marketplace).
www.gamepromarket.com (you receive 70% of the sales).
