I did for android and used mobizen.com
I downloaded the mobizen app. and hooked up my phone to my PC with USB. then went to the mobizen.com web page and it showed my phone's screen on my computer and then I click record and play on phone while pc records the phone's screen and audio...The only bad thing is they have a watermark that says something like "generater by mobizen" at the bottom.
