I cannot generate a keystore , because apparently access is denied
Don't try to create it in the Program Files directory, it is a protected directory. Unless you are in an administrator command prompt you will not have access to write files in a protected directory.

why don't you try the GS apk signer it does it all for you... inside GS, select "Tools" menu and then "APK signer"
