Android immersive mode

Is there a toggle when publishing, or in the creator to allow immersive move on Android? I have checked the portal but did not see anything.

I built my project in the 16:9 aspect ratio and realized I did not take into account the navigation bars (49px). If gamesalad does not allow full screen, is there a simple workaround anyone could recommend without using stretch?
