More inclined to purchase?

Would you be more inclined to purchase if in-app purchases looked like this?

Not really
You can't change much because the Apple guidelines are there very clearly: "Don’t alter the default confirmation alert."
Your text switches from first character lowercase to Uppercase.
This is interesting (gave you an insightful) cause on the one hand Apple tells us to NOT alter the confirmation alert (just as you have observed) but on the other hand they allow us to edit the text in their own IAP system in iTunes connect.. I find that rather strange.
@RabidParrot Personally I find that coffee message more appealing than just what is provided as per default. Not sure if it is allowed though.
Coffee for $0.99?! I need to live where you live
POLAR ROLLOUT (New Line-Drawing Physics Puzzler!) - FREE Download
Unlimited coffee at my local pub from 9 till 12 for only 99p with a full English for £2.50
I might have to take you up on that offer. I'll only be -$1999.01 considering my flight over there.
I'm not sure why someone flagged this.
Anyways, The default confirmation alert isn't being adjusted and the example Apple gives shows the first word of the "Display Name" being capitalized. https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/UserExperience/Conceptual/MobileHIG/InAppPurchase.html
The info with "character lowercase to Uppercase." had no relation to the Apple guidelines.
Lowercase: "you want to buy one"
Uppercase: "Remove Ads And Send The Developer A Coffee"
Lowercase: "for $0.99"
You a switching the text style during one sentence, that makes it harder for the reader to read it - Apple will not interfere with this. They do not abide in their example himself on guidelines for usability.
So just a hint ... so why the mark as spam?!?
...
Some immature jerk or jerks do this when they don't like what people say and to me is an abuse of the forum and since who flagged it can be tracked and if the have a history of flagging, not just a mistake,, they should be jailed. @ForumNinja

The random flagging does seem to happen which is a bit annoying.
As to the OP's post, i wonder if apple would allow something like "How about buying me a coffee and ill remove your ads" in the IAP menu, sort of like a catch phrase of some sort.
Fortuna Infortuna Forti Una
I mean there should be a way to see who misuses the Flag. This is getting ridiculous.
I've read through the guidelines and I haven't found anything rejecting this In-App phrase. I'll just have to do a little trial and error.
Wonder if Apple would be okay with someone having a tip jar icon on their title screen?

In my "Driven With Purpose for PTSD" I have a donate button and they approved of the app. The organization is also non-profit so this may have some effect.
Interesting, I thought I read somewhere this wasn't allowed. Maybe under certain circumstances, guess I need to look into this further.

You're not allowed to transfer a customer to an external website for a purchase outside of apple. I don't think that this applies to donations because you aren't purchasing anything.
You can put whatever description you want as long as it is accurate. And I say yours is as you say it will turn off ads.
