Figured out what causes arrow keys to disable in html5 preview.

If you have an actor highlighted in a scene and go into html5 preview, you cannot use arrow keys. But exit, and unselect, and arrow keys work again{if you have anything mapped to it.}

    There's a bug for this with native preview but I hadn't heard it was an issue with html5 as well. As you've discovered the workaround is to not have an actor selected. Kind of a pain, but it's on the list of things we'll be looking at soon.

    @GeorgeGS Thank you for your response. I'll continue using this workaround and hope others will too in the meantime.
