android preview stopped working

Since i updated to 0.13.33 when i try to preview on my android device (nvidea shield portable) it says it is not supported over wifi but i have done it heaps of times before and it worked fine. when i plug it into usb yesterday i enabled usb debugging and it come up preview though usb and when i done that it was just stuck on loading and wouldn't work and today usb won't come up at all. any ideas?
