Why is pause not working?

in Working with GS (Mac)

I was testing my app in the app preview window and when I pressed the pause button it said that an ad would be displayed so I click it 3 times to make it go away and the game doesn't pause.

Also I tested it on my iPod and when I pressed the pause button the loading wheel shows up for a second and then nothing happens.

    I'm dumb. Sorry I got it, I didn't put a rule on the unpause behavior so it would unpause instantly.
