Request Purchase Data.

Does requesting purchase data automatically fill all of the PurchaseTable with information sent from the server?

I am testing an In-App for one item, and when the purchase is successful it unlocks the next item (Not supposed to happen). Both items were previously purchased using the same test account. I've narrowed down that there isn't a code error.

Maybe someone can give some info on this. Maybe I shouldn't request data from 1 to -1. Maybe this is causing the hiccup.
