i opened a ticket in GS support.
no one returned to me more then a week.

is that the support that paying costumers deserve?

That sucks, although it HAS been a pretty rough week for Gandia, what with Apple throwing the App Loader at us and it /failing with GS at first >.<'

got an answer at last....
i had a simple question: how do i make my game appear in the game list on the site.
i saw some threads about that but nothing that really help.

any way... it was very odd to get an answer for this after a week...
i guess it was busy week.

Do you have Pro level support? Because if you do thats ridiculous.. If you don't, they're not really entitled to because they want you to pay for that feature..

in fact i already been told that my app will be listed. (if this worth any thing...)

Honestly I have no idea what your talking about....

But if your PRO you get support for any and all questions you may have... Although I don't have Pro so Im not sure exactly how it works..
