Why will a moving image tail away right before its way point?

I have actors set up in corners of a rectangle to direct a moving actor. Change velocity are 0, 90, 180, and 270. When it goes up(90) and down(270) the image tails away slight before hitting the way point but the left and right are perfectly straight. Any ideas on what may be causing this tail off? Thanks!

@jhowelerii, this is your second post regarding this problem.
Copy/pasting it will not help. The reason no one has answered is that you give way to little information.
Be specific, maybe a screenshot of your rules, a sketch or video of what goes wrong.
There is most probably a very easy explanation and help available for your question. However, with the little info you give, we would have to guess which of the dozens of implementations use used, and offer suggestions based on these hunches. A wast of time as you may have done something completely different.

@ Socks I know it is a late response. I somehow let this slip by. This is twice you made known I haven't given enough information. I have been learning a lot this past 5 months. I am satisfied with where I am on my coding/logic skills as of now. However, Darn It! I won't be completely satisfied until I ask a question that gives you enough information. Stay Tuned!
We're no trying to he critical. We are honestly trying to help. People can't help you sort out your issues with only a generic question.

@Lost_Oasis_Games The funny thing is I thought I was giving enough information. I sat and thought about what exactly needed to be asked. As I re-read, I now see there needed to be more detail. I hope I didn't come off as a smart A. As weird as it sounds I genuinely want to ask a question to Socks with enough information. I agree with you. People are definitely trying to help. I can't wait for the day until I am able to help more people. I search and search for questions to answer, but it seems like many people have questions that are pretty advanced. Just because they have limited posts doesn't mean they are new to developing games, but I get the vibe that many of these are new/inexperienced users and are trying to do too much from the start, instead of scaffolding their skills. A month ago I thought about a new category in the forum that new/inexperienced users could go and ask questions. Not sure about the others at my skill level, but I would love to focus on answering questions in that category and leave the more advanced questions to those who have the experience. Not that they couldn't also answer in that category. Another route/idea for this category could be putting in posts of "tasks" for the beginners to complete. There is a PRO category where PROS help each other(just cause you pay for pro doesn't mean you are a true pro). Maybe a beginners category where those who are beginning could help each other out and those with experience can intervene if needed. I know I went on a rant here. You got stuck with me bouncing these ideas off of you. Thanks for your patience. Overall, I think there needs to be something for true beginners in this forum so they can be/feel more of a part of the community. I looked through the categories and don't see anything like this. Let me know if I am missing it. Finally! Do you know who I would contact about this? Thank a ton!
Now worries this happens with new users. They forget we are not in their heads. We don't know who you coded something and there could be a hundered ways to do something so unless we can view the actual code we have no idea what is causing the issue.
Here is the thing. Feel free to answer questions but an advanced user may still jump in to correct any misinformation or provide a better way to code something. Even us veterans do this to eachother. Nobody gets offended as the goal is to provide the best method and accurate info.

While there isn't a specific area of the forums for new users (some people come to GameSalad with years of programming or game design experience, some people are 14 and some are 41, etc., so it's hard to know what a new user will really need), a couple of good places to start are the Forum Best Practices sub forum that includes the FAQs and the community tutorials sub forum.
In the interest of helping you with your post, here's what my brain goes through when I read your question:
How do they direct the moving actor?
Velocity of what? The moving actor? Or a game attribute that that actor uses? Which behavior(s) are affecting the velocity value? What does it mean to have four different velocities? Does the actor rotate between velocity values? Does it change to a specific value based on a specific rule condition?
I sure wish I had a picture of this. I have no idea what that might look like. What is the way point? Is that an actor, a corner of the rectangle, or something else? What does "hit the way point" mean? Is it using a collide behavior or just overlapping with a waypoint actor? How does an image "tail away" and yet be perfectly straight? Also, technically speaking, images don't move in GameSalad... actors do. So the actor must be moving and/or rotating somehow. I wonder what that looks like. Does turning off various behaviors/rules fix the issue? Have some of the physics attributes been changed on any of the actors?
None but... a quick video of the problem would probably answer half of my questions. A screenshot of the actor rules would answer the other half.

@tatiang Thank you! I will read through those areas of the forum for questions and try to be of some help.
As for the waypoint issue I resolved that on my own a while ago, but thank you.
Do these discussions stay open or is there a way for the creator to close them? I couldn't find a close option. Thanks!
Discussion threads stay open so that they can be updated later when new posts are added. Moderators generally do not close threads unless they violate forum rules or are duplicates of existing threads.
