Is this related to Timer problem on latest GS version?

I didn't have this problem on the earlier versions and would appreciate if someone can advise me how to work around this problem.
I have a bunch of pre-spawned creeps who keep changing their type and appearances at regular intervals. Suppose the timer is 60 secs and regular interval time is 5 secs. Player has to hit the right type to score or he will be penalized. I find that everytime the game loads, BEFORE the first change (interval) happens which is at 55th sec, all pre-spawned creeps seems to be penalized even if they are of right type. After the first change happens at 55th second, gameplay is normal. This happens no matter what interval timing I choose...be it 5 sec, or 3 secs but only till the first change.
