Few questions about using advertisements on android

So I have a few questions regarding ads on android. First of all which service do you guys recommend the most for interstitial and banner ads on android? I see that there are many (RevMob, AdMob, Chartboost) which ones do you guys consider best and most profitable for both interstitial and banner ads? Also how do you set up these on gamesalad windows (both interstitial and banner)? I tried looking for tutorials but I could not find any. And finally, will the ads go away once my gamesalad pro membership expires?

Chartboost interstitial and Admob banners seem to be the popular choice for android.

Mac and windows is the same basic concept.

No, PRO membership expiring does not affect your game already published to the stores.
