Need help with inventory menu, please

Hey everyone,
I'm using GS for 10 days only and already started creating a game. I need inventory menu with actors that player can touch and drag, and put them back with double tapping. Inventory menu must pop out when player pressed a menu button, and hides when he presses again...Hope you'll understand what I mean. Please, help)
