Strange behavior with modified version of "Pool Table"

Hello all!
I have a slightly modified version of CodeMonkeys "Pool Table". This version has an arrowhead and a staff that the arrowhead attaches to. I was banging my head against the wall whenever I moved the mouse very fast and the arrowhead didn't stay attached to the staff like the CrossHair stays attached to the Connector in "Pool Table". I ripped apart my scene, changed attributes, triple-checked the logic... I finally decided to re-arrange my actors in the layer and sure enough that did the trick. You view the project and see what I'm talking about here - http://gamesalad.com/game/play/70695
Has anyone experienced this or am I missing something?
Thanks!
Dave
