How do I use scene index?

Hi I am building a flashcard app and have a menu with titles of vocabulary lists. Instead of creating new scenes for each menu option, I believe there is a way to create scene indexes. How do I do this? I've tried youtube and googling my way through it but I can't find enough information regarding what I am trying to do.

    Have you checked out the video tutorial I did? It should have enough info to get you started.

    @farahmed I have one that's automatic so you don't need a table and you don't have to change a self.integer, PM if interested as I'm not allowed to post links.
